Version 1.0 is submitted to App Store!

Exciting news! I have finally submitted the app to App Store. I'm calling it NeuroPub Visualizer. The review process usually takes up to two weeks, but I will let you know when it's available.

This is how the icon looks like:

  1. I was just looking for a NIfTI for Mac. Imagine my surprise when I found your app with a post from just 2 days ago announcing it was submitted to the App Store. I'm really curious about it and I imagine a lot of my fellow students (and teachers) will be as well. I'll be sure to spread the word.

Does this release include the iPhone version? I read in an earlier blogpost that you were waiting for iOS 4.0, but since that's released already I'm wondering if that's still the case.

  2. Hi. I'm happy to hear you are interested in the app. This version does not include support for the iPhone, but I'm working on it. The next version will be a universal app with support for both iPhone and iPad. I'm buying the new iPhone 4 today, so the next version will support the retina screen too. :-)

The current version is limited to 2x2x2 resolution, but that will change in a future version where I plan to support more templates. I want to support TBSS result and that requires me to support 1x1x1 resolution.

My plan is also to release a version for Mac OS X, which will be released on Mac App Store.
